1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods, sales, or due to courier delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight/size.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: Additional 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • High-volume traffic during festivals or holidays

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking link (when available)

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear.

4. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship within India only.
For bulk or business shipments outside India, please contact us at kdlchem@gmail.com for special arrangements.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of some chemical/resin products, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Areas restricted by courier guidelines for chemical transport

Certain hazardous or flammable materials may require special handling as per government and courier regulations.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Unboxing proof (if available)

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund, depending on eligibility.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Resin KDL Chem is not responsible for loss or theft.

However, we will help you by:

  • Contacting the courier
  • Assisting you in filing a claim
  • Providing available proof of delivery

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for:

  • Re-delivery fees
  • Any delay in delivery
